Terms of Service

Effective Date: January 1, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RetailCoder OMS ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access the Service.

2. License & Access

Cloud Plans (Basic/Pro): We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the hosted Service via a web browser.

Enterprise Plan (Self-Hosted): You are granted a license to deploy the source code on your own infrastructure. You generally own the modifications you make, but you may NOT resell, redistribute, or white-label the core RetailCoder source code as a competing SaaS product.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys and passwords.
Ensuring your product listings comply with applicable laws.
All activity that occurs under your account.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RetailCoder shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or inventory discrepancies resulting from your use of the Service.

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms (e.g., attempting to hack the platform, non-payment of fees, or reselling source code illegally).
