Order Management
The central hub for processing sales from all channels.
The Order Management view aggregates sales from every connected channel (Shopify, Amazon, POS, etc.) into a single, unified list. This allows your team to fulfill orders without switching between dashboards.
Order Lifecycle & Statuses#
PENDING
Order imported but inventory not yet deducted (Soft Reserve). Awaiting payment confirmation or manual approval.
CONFIRMED
Payment verified. Inventory is Hard Reserved. The order is visible to the warehouse team for packing.
SHIPPED
Label generated and tracking number assigned. Inventory is permanently removed from the ledger.
Manual Orders#
For B2B deals, phone support, or WhatsApp sales, you can create orders manually.
Editing Orders#
You can edit shipping addresses or add internal notes to any order before it reaches the SHIPPED status. Once shipped, the order is locked to preserve data integrity.
